¹⁶ You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should endure; that whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he should give it to you.

¹⁷ This I command you: love one another. ¹⁸ If the world hates you, you know that it hated me before it hated you.
